How will orders be shipped?
- Printed and shipped from Winnipeg, Canada
- Orders will typically be sent via Purolator Ground, but weâll expand to other carriers if needed
- Production time will be 3-5 working days
What Currency Will I Be Charged In?
- Although books will ship from Canada, weâre partnering with a US entity, so orders will be charged in USD
What About BookvaultBespoke?
- Custom features like foiling, sprayed edges, and ribbons are still produced in the UK, but can be shipped worldwide
Enabling Canadian fulfilment inÂ
your direct store
For Shopify, Wix, Woocommerce and Payhip integrations:
To take advantage of domestic Canadian print on your direct store, you will need to enable it under ‘App settings’ in the Bookvault portal, as you would with other print locations.
Enable this feature by visiting ‘Apps’ > ‘App Settings’ and then toggling your print locations, you also have the option to update your existing products to include these added locations.
Please note that these changes may take 24-48 hours to update and show in your store. Ensure that you calculate product pricing when adding print locations to avoid selling at a loss, due to differing print and shipping prices across print locations.
