STEP 1:
First of all, use the navigation pane on the left hand side of the page and select ‘View An Order’
STEP 2:
When viewing all of your orders, the ones that were sent by a tracked dispatch method will have a button you can click ‘Tracking’. If you click on this button, it will take you directly onto the relevant post / courier website, input the tracking and report back on the latest delivery update.
