We want to let you know about an important change to US shipping regulations that will affect some of our services.
From 29th August 2025, the US government is removing the de minimis value that previously allowed low-value imports from overseas, including the UK, to enter the country without additional customs processing.
Since books already have zero import fees, your US customers will not face any new charges when receiving orders shipped from the UK. However, due to these regulatory changes, we will need to suspend our Untracked and Standard Tracked services to the US.
For now, our Consolidated Services and FedEx options remain available for all UK-to-US deliveries.
At this stage, no new fees are being applied, but as it is becoming increasingly challenging to ship into the US, there is the possibility that shipping costs may rise in the future.
